Die Kämpfe in Amahara werden immer schlimmer und wir befinden uns mitten drin. Immer wieder aufs neue, werden wir angeworben, dafür zu sorgen die jeweils andere Fraktion zu schwächen, dabei scheinen wir auch überhaupt keine Verbesserung der Lage zu erzeugen, denn es gelingt so wohl der Aoto Gang wie auch den Magistraten sofort zahlreiche Mitglieder loszuschicken, die diese Stadt unter Kontrolle bringen sollen. Dabei besitzen wir auch kurz die Hoffnung, wirklich einen Unterschied zu erreichen, als wir zum Amahara Schrein gehen und sich dort tatsächlich niemand mehr befindet. Als wir allerdings durch die Straßen dieser Stadt spazieren, stellen wir fest, dass sie sich einfach jetzt an anderen Orten versammeln um dort die Macht zu übernehmen und uns vielleicht aus dem Weg zu gehen. So beginnt ausgerechnet vor dem Krankenhaus am Stadtrand ein weiteres tödliches Gemetzel. Aber ändert der Ort wirklich etwas oder ist selbst der Arzt von den ganzen Leichen unbeeindruckt?
