The Secrets of London are music boxes spread across the map. Inside of them are coins that can be placed into Reuge's Vault. After you added all of them, you will be rewarded with the Aegis armor that can be used by Evie.

You also unlock the "Godlike" Achievement / Trophy for unlocking the Aegis Armor.
