Life and Career
Childhood and Youth: Krug spent his childhood in children's homes and with foster parents and was subjected to neglect and violence.

Chess: He began playing chess at around the age of 12, which became an important coping mechanism. Since 2017, he has been a FIDE Master in chess composition and has created over 650 endgame studies.

Occupation: He worked as a cinema projectionist and later as a night porter.

Yoga: From 2003, he practiced and taught yoga, but according to his own account, he gave this up in 2020.
