Bosnia has sub-zero temperatures and masses of snow to deal with. Countless villages remain cut off. For a moment it looked as though this harsh winter would manage to do what politicians in Bosnia-Herzegovina have failed to: getting all ethnic groups to stand together in the battle against the snow and ice.
