Some time ago I bought this little knife and wondered what it can do. So I tried to cut a coke bottle and compared it to some old machete I had lying around. The knife fared much better concerning its cutting power. But it gets stains pretty fast and most probably will rust away faster than one can imagine if not taken care of properly. Carbon steel for the win.
