The Division | PAKHAN High-End LMG Weapon recommendation (Best Weapons in The Division)
Today we're taking a look at the Phakan, this is a high-end LMG that you can buy from the advanced weapon vendor in the security wing of your base.
★ COST
It almost costs half a million and comes with a solid dps. I'm loving the LMG's in the game so far, but it mostly depends on your general playstyle and how you approach situations. But i really think this weapon might be worth your money.
★ WEAPON STATS AND PERKS
If you can get both firearms and stamina above 1889 points you will get a 13% faster reload, which is worth a lot with the long reload times of an LMG. For the same firearm and stamina stats you additionally get an 18% damage buff to enemy armor which will be worth a lot in the endgame. The weapon also gives you a 13% buff to elites and named enemies, so basically every enemy later on in the game.
First i really had to get used to the LMG's in the game, but you can control the recoil very easy by holding down the aim stick just a little bit every time you shoot.
★ ABILITY/TALENTS THAT CAN HELP OUT
There's also the steady hands talent that you can use for this. I highly recommend this for almost any player. It reduces your recoil for 10 seconds to the tune of 25% and it makes a huge difference for the Pakhan or other LMG's for long range. This recoil buff doesn't have a cooldown so once the symbol on the bottom of your hud has gone away you can pop in and out of cover to get it back and enjoy less recoil.
★ DON'T FORGET TO INCREASE YOUR MAGAZINE
This weapon is also incredibly powerful for suppressing enemies and with the right mod you can get the magazine size up so reloading won't become an issue.
