The Extraterritoriality Bill

submitted the bill to the Majlis (the Lower House of the Iranian
legislative branch of the government during the Pahlavi regime)
which passed it.Imam was soon informed of this treacherous

announcement embodying the Imam's views were distributed
by his supporters in Tehran.
