Best Power Armor in Fallout 4 - X-01 Power Armor Locations - The X-01 can be found in some easy locations and in a bit more difficult ones if you want the full set of power armor.

X-01 Power Armor will only start spawning once you hit level 28. If you are below you will get weaker Armors like the T-60 or T-45.
★ X-01 Power Armor #1 FULL SET (00:36)
This complete set can be found in the Court 35 building that's near the Custom House Tower. Take the elevator up and go to the top floor. Bring your best weapons because you will have to fight an Assaultron and a Legendary Sentry Bot.
If you place some mines in front of the Sentry Bot door before it rolls out, you can avoid that it will chase you around the room.
After you killed both, press the buttons in the 2 terminal rooms that the enemies came from and open up the X-01 Power Armor room in the middle.
★ X-01 Power Armor #2 (03:19)
The second one can be found at the bottom of the map near the Gunners Plaza. It is standing right next to a crashed helicopter.
★ X-01 Power Armor #3 (03:59)
The next X-01 can be found at the National Guard Training Yard on the upper right of the map. It is in a small bunker room that is locked (Master). Inside you have to hack a terminal (Novice) to open the door to the X-01.
Watch out for the laser tripmines. If you set them off, a sentry bot will attack you when you exit the building, plus another smaller bot will visit you inside.
★ X-01 Power Armor #4 (05:57)
Another easy X-01 Power Armor can be found near the Nordhagen Beach on the right side of the map. It is inside of a small checkpoint building and can be picked up without any trouble. Since it's so easy, you won't get a full set here.
