Fallout 4 - T-51 Power Armor Location (Or X-01 Power Armor depending on your level) Fallout 4 Power Armor Location

Make your way to the bottom left of the map. You will find the "Abandoned Shack" there. This are is crawling with scorpions and radioactivity. Make sure to bring a power armor or a hazmat suit if you have one.

In the shack is Bill's suitcase on the floor. Grab the installation K-21B Key and enter the underground facility.

Eliminate the Synth's and make your way to the bottom floor. If you have a power armor you can simply jump down. In the right corner should be a Power Armor.

For me it was the T-51 Power Armor. Depending on your lvl and the difficulty you're playing on, you can also get the powerful X-01 Power Armor. It is also possible that you won't find a Power Armor at all down here. In that case you will still be able to grab a lot of valuable loot down there.
