The Legendary Melee Weapon "Big Jim" can be found in the Walden Pond. You will find a destroyed house there, which has a note next to a locked door (Master). The note mentions a sewer which you can use to get into the gift shop basement.

If you can open master lock-picks already, simply enter the door and look for the legendary Big Jim on a table straight ahead.

Option number two, the sewer, is also a quick way since the entrance is directly next to the house in the water. Big Jim is in the last room where you also find the door that leads you to the door with the note that you found upstairs.
