Holotape games are little retro style games that you can find on some terminals in Fallout 4. One of these Holotape Games can be found very early on in the game.

After being woken up in Vault 111, explore the vault and look for the recreation terminal. Activate it and press X/Square to get the "Red Menace" game. After playing a game and exiting, you will unlock the Future Retro Achievement / Trophy.
