FINDING THE BROTHERHOOD OF STEEL
The Brotherhood of Steel can be joined right away. Starting from Vault 111, make your way down south, once you get near the general area of the Cambridge Police Station you will receive a radio signal called AF95. Listen to it through the menu and you will get the location of The Brotherhood of Steel.

STARTING THE QUEST
Once you arrive at the Police Station, help out Paladin Danse in front of the building. He will offer you to come on a mission with him. Arm yourself in the Police Station and follow Danse to "ArcJet Systems" and complete the quest "Call to Arms".

JOINING THE BROTHERHOOD OF STEEL
After completing the quest, Paladin Danse will offer you his modified weapon, the Righteous Authority and tells you about joining the Brotherhood.

Back at the Cambridge Police Station, you will be able to join The Brotherhood of Steel and collect the Semper Invicta Achievement / Trophy.
